60 Years and Counting

Since the beginning, Monadnock Music has been staunchly committed to the preservation of forgotten and neglected music as well as to the advocacy of new and vibrant voices. Presenting these alongside the traditional masterpieces of our art form, we proudly champion the relevance, diversity, and transformative power of classical music as it continues to evolve. After sixty years of joys and sorrows, of celebrations and losses in our communities, we're still here, and still fighting for what we believe.

Monadnock Music is devoted to promoting access to world-class live classical music performances in intimate and informal settings around the Monadnock region. Through a commitment to varied and imaginative performances and teaching, Monadnock Music keeps a sense of musical daring and discovery alive. Headquartered in beautiful and historic Peterborough, NH, we have the honor of presenting remarkable musical talent from all over the world.
